What matters most to you about your clothes?
What matters most to you about your clothes? We’d love to know what is important to you!
We'd love to know what is most important to you with regards to garment purchasing and knowledge of the brand you are supporting.
We have created our online shop and newsletters with the thought of community, education, insight, value and service. A focus on benefit giving rather than sales oriented. Our way of sprinkling kindness, do you feel that? (We hope so!).
Rather than create a generic survey, as we consider you a part of our family, we thought we’d just ask you directly -
- What can we do for you?
- Do you read the labels?
- Do you understand fabric compositions and what that means in terms of wear and care?
- Is price or quality your decision maker?
- Do you buy a piece with a specific outfit or need in mind? Or as part of your overall wardrobe capsule?
- Do you want to know our processes?
- What would you like to know about Philosophy that you don’t already?
You can email your answers to customersupport@philosophyaustralia.com, or use this handy form. We really appreciate your time!

What matters most to us is you 💕
Love your clothes but please could we have a supplier in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.
I vary so much in sizing I’m reluctant to buy online. That said I’m wearing your clothes from years ago.
I only discovered Philosophy just over a year ago. I now have more than twenty pieces from your collection. What I love: Australian made, uncrushable, soft, quality fabrics and most of all styles that move from everyday to semi formal with ease.
I am short so your 7/8th pants are perfect – please never stop making them. My only frustration is waiting for the entire Spring/ Summer range to land (first world problems, I know). I have already sourced the gorgeous citrus pants and a top at one of the boutiques but really look forward to seeing the whole range ASAP. You are to be seriously congratulated for what is a stunning enterprise – and all done by a woman!
I love that you are Australian and trust you implicitly with the quality of your clothes and respect to your customers.
My biggest problem is that I am short and fat so find it difficult to know what shapes fit me and perhaps flatter me and to find the right size.
Thanks
