RETURNS + REFUNDS
We hope your order is perfect for you, but if it’s not quite right, please follow the steps below to request a return:
- Return Request: Email us at customersupport@philosophyaustralia.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and reason for return.
- No Exchanges: Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee the availability of your preferred size or colour. We advise you place another order for your correct size, and return the incorrect item for a refund.
- Return Eligibility: Items must be unworn, with swing tags attached, and free from makeup stains, deodorant marks, or any odours. Only full price styles are eiligible for return.
- Shipping: Please return your items using a trackable method, such as a prepaid Australia Post satchel with tracking. We cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit.
- Final Sale Items: Sale items are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
- Refund Process: Include your completed customer card in the return parcel for faster processing. Once we receive and inspect your items, we will issue a refund via your original payment method within two business days.
